File Hunter
A self-hosted file cataloging and deduplication tool for people with too many files and disks.
Catalog files across USB drives, network shares, DVDs and local directories. Browse and search them even when the media is disconnected. Find duplicates across terabytes of archives, consolidate them with a full audit trail, and manage it all from any browser, including on headless servers with no desktop at all. Built for real-world scale, our production system manages tens of millions of files across 19 locations on 6 machines.
Free and open source. An optional Pro upgrade adds remote agents for cross-machine scanning and deduplication as well as WebDAV support.
Mail Hunter
Self-hosted email archiving and legal compliance tool.
Sync IMAP servers, import EML and MBOX files, search everything from one browser tab. Old IMAP servers you're afraid to close, MBOX exports from providers that no longer exist, EML files rescued from old machines. Mail Hunter pulls them all into one searchable, deduplicated, compressed archive on your own hardware. Conversation threading across servers and folders, zstd compression, legal hold, encrypted credentials at rest.

Claude Code Proxy
A local proxy for Claude Code CLI that replaces Anthropic's default system prompt with your own.
Anthropic's system prompt optimises for speed and conciseness, which suits quick tasks but fights against deeper collaboration. The proxy intercepts the system prompt and swaps it for text files you control; an opening line and a working relationship document. No logging, no conversation history, self-managing certificates.
